The deluxe room was incredible, it had a small refrigerator, a storage space, and WiFi. And there was an exceptional view of the mountains and the city centre. All the staff was delightful, solved my issues. Had super location so close to great cafes for the morning fix, right by a flagship library...

The hotel has a great setting, very close to stores, the train station, and the church, so you have everything you need right on your doorstep. the restaurant at the hotel offers a panoramic view of Sapa town, which is really impressive.

Cheerful staff, AMAZING services, and stunning location right by markets and lake and lao Cai train station. Amazing outstanding rooms with amazing views over the mountains and the town, and it's own balcony, a storage, and Wi-Fi.

I liked that the hotel was spacious and spectacular. Overall it was extremely pleasant and well-appointed. the location was amazing and absolutely perfect in a very nice area, right by the restaurants as well as the valley.

The staff members are welcoming and amiable, providing good service. the beds are exceptionally comfortable. the hotel's location near the center is particularly good and absolutely perfect for exploring the area. For tea or coffee, I recommend visiting Ca'puccino nearby.
